Night Nanny - Respite & Practical Overnight Support

Need a helping hand overnight and some solid blocks of sleep?

Imagine finally sinking into some much-needed rest while a trusted pair of hands cares for your bub. That's exactly what my Night Nanny service is for. It isn't about sleep training or changing your Bub's rhythm. It's about giving you space to breathe, recharge and actually rest.

I'll arrive at a time that works for you, ready to settle, feed, change and soothe your Bub throughout the night.

If you're breastfeeding, I'll bring your Bub to you for a feed, then take care of the nappy change and settling so you can get straight back to sleep. I'll also keep notes on wake-ups, feeds and sleep durations, so you wake up to a calm recap of the night and maybe even a hot coffee. 😉

This service is perfect if:

✔️ You're exhausted and need some uninterrupted rest
✔️ You need practical support overnight while you recover or recharge
✔️ You're breastfeeding but would love help with everything around the feed
✔️ Your Bub is waking frequently and you're running on empty
✔️ You're navigating life with a newborn and could use another pair of hands
✔️ You simply need someone to carry the load for a night (or a few!)

Choose the support that works for you

Night Nanny is available in 4, 6, 8 or 10-hour blocks, at a time of night or day that suits your family.

Need more than one night?

Book any additional Night Nanny shift within 3 months and receive 20% off each additional night. Perfect if you're after a decent stretch of sleep or regular support while you find your feet.

What to expect

I'll follow your Bub's usual routine and care for them according to your preferences, while taking care of the practical stuff throughout my shift. That can include:

– Settling and soothing
– Night feeds
– Nappy changes
– Resettling after feeds
– Tracking wake-ups, feeds and sleep
– A recap of the night when you wake

What Night Nanny isn't

This service is purely for respite and practical support. I don't provide sleep training or sleep education during a Night Nanny shift. I'll absolutely let you know if your Bub responds particularly well to something, but if you'd like personalised sleep guidance, that's best booked as a separate sleep consultation or add-on.

💫 Twins

Looking after two little ones overnight is absolutely possible, but it does mean extra feeds, nappy changes and settling. For twins, an additional $50 per night is added to your chosen block.

A few important things to know

Safe sleep: I will always follow Red Nose safe sleep recommendations. If your current sleep setup or any sleep props aren't considered safe, I'll need to remove or change them for the duration of my shift.

Rest space: If Bub is settled and I don't need to be actively caring for them, I'll need a quiet, safe space to rest or sleep so I can remain close by and well-rested enough to care for them throughout the shift.

Travel: Additional travel fees apply outside of Albury/Wodonga.

Let your Sleep Bestie carry the load while you recharge.
